Do the 3-Win Formula

This is an Every Day Exercise designed to quickly rewire confidence. 

Keep a separate journal or a separate section in your journal for these. 

Use the 3 win formula intentionally to note three specific things:

  • 1 Thing You Handled Well (A moment of competence or skill)
  • 1 Brave Moment (A moment where you stepped outside your comfort zone or faced a fear)
  • 1 Thing You Learned (A new insight or piece of knowledge)
